The case against Arnett Ellis, the little boy who robbed the stores of Tom Pursel and C. O. Carlson, was dismiss^d last Monday in the circuit court. The boy is of tender years and has been behaving himself lately and going to school. He has had no more visits from angels but has been walking the chalk line of rectitude.
