All that part of Union township bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at the center of the intersection of Plutn with Franklin street in the city Crawfordsville thence south along the centt.r of said Plutn street until said street merges into the DanvilH gravel road thence following said road in a southeasterly directiou to the south Hue of Uuion township which is near the southwest corner of section 35, township 18 north, range, 4 west thence due west along the soHth line of Union township until said line intersects with what is known as the Terre Haute gravel road, which is near the center of the south Hue of section 35, township 18 north, range, 5 west thence in a northeasterly directiou along the center of the said gravel road until said gravel road readies the northeast corner of section 7, township IS north, range 5 west, and thence due west 120 rods to the center of the dirt road running north thence north on said road to the intersection of Elm street and Franklin street thence east along the center of said Fraukliu street to the place of beginning.
