Demand for Farm*.

There is a great demand for harms to rent in this part of the country. Rents are getting higher every year, and the demand for fat ms is increasing. As the land becomes more thoroughly tilled, the certainty ot good crops is more sure, and cash rent is becoming more customary. Fat ruing is paying belter every year, and will continue to do so until the land becomes thoroughly tilled. The demand at pie^ent for farms to rent seems to us to be greater than ever beiore.
