In addition to the above, there is aiipGoial Tax fur railroad purposes of 81 cents
in Scott, 88 cents in Clark and 88 cents in Ladoga on the hundred dollars, on
assessment of 1S73, and $1 in Brown oil assessment of 1872.
All taxes remaining unpaid on the third Monday in April, 1875, become delin
quent, and a penalty of 10 per cent, will be added, which the Treasurer will pro
ceed to collect by distress and sale of property if necessary.
Each tax payer may pay the full amount of his taxes on or before the third
Monday in April, or may, at his option, pay one half thereof exccpt railroad tax,
with all his road tax, on or before said third Monday in April, and the remaining
