CONBIDEBABJ-E damage was done to wheat by the rains and winds of last week. The rain was mostly harvested in the southern partlof the State and standing in the shock, and the quality of the grain will probably be Imore or left injured. In the central and northern portions of the State much of the crop was standing in the fields in the severest storms and of course was badly tangled, and the work nf harvesting greatly increased.
