3. Monday and Tuesday will be devoted to entering and arranging articles offered for exhibition. But no article will be received after 6 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday unless in case of unavoidable delay, andtho Board may admit at their discretion. ...... 4. Articles intended for exhibition must be entered on the Secretary's books before they will be admitted within the enclosure. On the entry of articles, cards will be furnished, showing the Department, Class and Number as entered at the office, which will bo attached to the article on exhibition. No article having boen entered shall bo removed from the enclosure without the permission of the Executive Committee until ihc Fair is closed. 5. No exhibitor shall be permitted to examine the Secretary's bool.s during the Fair.

C. No person's namo shall go on the entrance ticket. 7. No article can be cntcrod for more than one premium, except in sweepstakes. 8. All articles, Ac., must possess more than ordinary merit, otherwise no premium will bo awarded. 9. Owners of annimals entered, who are notready for exhibition at the regular time will bo excluded from competition. 10. During the examination of stock no persons except those who have charge of the stock, judges and oflicers attending to their duties, wiii under any pretense or cscuse be admitted within the ring.

XI. No animal shall be permitted to occupy any stall belonging to the society, unless it be entered upon the books of the Secretary for exhibition. 12. All awarding commitees are to report te the Secretary as soon as they have finished their labors, at any timo prior to 1 o'clock p.m., on. Friday. 13. When any member of a committee shall be a competitor for any premium coming under award his place shall bo supplied by the Board of Directors, 14. Tickets of admission can bo procured at the Fair Grounds on the days of the Fair or the Treasurer in Crawl'ordsville, at any time previous to the Fair, 15. No per centum will be charged for the entry of stock or artioies. 10. A strong and efficient police forco will bo on the ground day and night. 17.
