We will. There is another issue, and it is the same that has been pending for twenty years, namely Shalt the government be ruled by its friends —or misruled and destroyed by it* enemies? The enemies of the country got possession of the Government, transferred its arms and ammunition into the hands of malignant rebels to aid them in their mad attempt to destroy cur free institutions and make a new government whose chief corner-slone should be human slavery.
