All persons arc hereby notified that, their entries must conform lo the conditions of the premium list—that r.o additional rings will be opened in stock to accomodate any one, but that all must conform to the list, and nut expect the list to be altered to suit them.

Fair, will be entitled to a badge which will admit himself and all females of his family, and all males under 15 years of ape, within the enclosed grounds on tho days of the Fair. 2. No premiums will bv granted on any article, of which the person who enters the same is not either the owner, agent, manufacturer or producCI\ 3. Monday and Tuesday will bo devoted to entering and arranging articles offered for exhibition. But no article will be received after sis o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, unless ia case of unavoidable delay, and then the Board may admit it at their discretion. 4. Articles intended for exhibition must be entered on the Secretary's book beforo they will be admitted within the enclosure. On the entry of articles, cards will be furnished, showing the Department, Class and Number, as entered at the office, which will be attached to the article to be exhibited. No article having been entered shall be removed from tho enclosure without the permission of the Executive Committee until the
Fair is closed. 5. So exhibitor shall be permitted to examine the Secretary's books during the Fair. 6. No person's name shall go on tho entrance ticket. 7. No article can bo entered to compcto for more
Jjan one premium, except in sweepstakes. 8. All articles, Ac., must possess more than ordinary merit, otherwise no premium will be awarded. 9. All animals of the horse and cow kind will be exhibited and examined in the order in which ithey are placed on tho list of premiums. 10. Owners of animals entered, who are not ready for exhibition at the regular time, will bo excluded from competition. 11. During the examination of stock, no persons except those who have charge of the stock, judges and oflicers attending to their duties, will under any pretense or excuse be admitted within tho ring. 12. No animal shall be permitted to occupy any stall belonging to tho Society, unless it be entered on the books of tho Secretary for exhibition.

When any member of a committee shall be a competitor for any premium coming under his award, his place on the committee shall be supplied by the Board of Directors. 16. Badges of membership and tickets of admission can be procured at the Fair Ground ou the days of tho Fair, or of the Treasurer in Crawfordsville, at any time previous to the Fair. 17. No per centum will bo charged for tho entry of stock or articles. 18. A strong and efficient polico will iwon the ground day and night. 19. Ample arrangements will be made in the .way of pons, feed and bedding for stock, but exhibitors will be required to pay at fair rates for all the grain, hay and meal used by them. 20. 21. No person shall be permitted to interfere with the judges while examining their stock or articles, otherwise no attention will bo paid to ,such animals or articles. 22. All oivncrs of stock, from adjoining counties, a*! invited to attend tho coining Fair, exhibit and compote for premiums. 2i. Any exhibitor treatir.gthe judges contemptuously, shall not only forfeit bis premium, should one be awarded to him, but shall hereafter bo excluded as a competitor from tho Fair Ground. 24. Ten per cent, will bo deducted on all premiums awarded, and if the receipts of the Fair, lafter paying tho cxpcuse3 in full, are not sufficient to pay tho balanco of the premiums, in full, they will be pro rated. 25. AH premiums unclaimed by the 1st of April ensuing after any Annual Fair of this Society, ^hall be forfeited to the Society. P1 26. Committees will be appointed on the grounds, on the days of the Fair, by tho Board of .Directors.
