RIDGE, Auditor of said County, hereby certify that the foregoing is a truo copy of Lands and Town Lots in said County, returned delinquent for the non-payment of Taxes due thereon for the year 1861, said Taxes remaining unpaid at this date, toether with interest, penalty, Current Taxes for tho year 1862, and cost of advertising recorded in my offico the first Monday of Decernor, 1862.-

NOTICE is hereby given that so much of tho foregoing Lands and Town Lots as may ho necessary to discharge the Taxes, interest, penalty and charges that may be due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will bo sold or offered'for sale, at Public Auction, at the Court House door in the Town of Crawfordsville, in Montgomery county, Indiana, on the first Monday in February, A.D., 1863.
