is hereby given to the citizens of
Union towns.iip, Montgomery county, Indiana, and all others whom it may concern, that I will apply, to the Board of Commissioners,of the county of Montgomery, in, the State of Indiana, at their next term, commencing on the first Monday in December, A. D. 1859, for a license to sell "Intoxicating Liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time," for one year. NOTICE,
hereby given that the undersigned trustees the town of Crawfordsville, will present to to the board of Commissioners of Montgomery County at their next term, to be held at tha Court House in said town, commencing on tlio first Monday of December, 1859, a petition praying for the annexation to the present corporation limits of said town, of certain territory contiguous thereto, with reasons for such annexation which contiguous territory is as follows, to-wit: All the territory within the following described lines, not belonging to the corporation, to-wit North-east corner of the southwest quarter of section 32, township 19, north of range 4 west, and running west along tho half mile line and on the north line of Whitlock's addition 47^ chains to a stake, thenco south along the west edge of Jennison's addition to said town to a stake south of the branch on said Jennison's land, thence east along the south edge of Naylor's addition to said town to a stake in the Danville road, and in the one half mile line between the north east and northwest quarter of section 5, township 18, northof range 4 west, thence north along the half mile line of the east edge of Powers' addition, to the place of beginning except lots 3, 4, 5,18,19, 20, 21, 22, of Wilson's addition to said town.
