"XTOTICE is hereby given, that the undersignjJN ed administrator of the estate of George H.tin, late of Montgomery county, Indiana, deceased, will sell at public sale on the lih day of March, 1859, at the residence of the late decedent, in Ripley township, one-and-a-half miles west of Alamo, the following preperty, to-wit Two work-Horses, and one three years old Colt, two milch Cows, three head of young Cattle, ten bead of sheep, two pair of Bellows and Blacksmith's Tools also a quantity of Char-coal, wheat in the Grainary. Corn in the crib, Hay in the mow, wheat iii the field, saw logs at saw mill and on the farm, farming utensils, and household and kitchen furniture.
Terms of Sale.—A credit of ten months will bo given on all sums of three dollars and upwards, the purchaser giving his note with approved security, waiving relief fiom valuation and appraisement laws on all sums less than three dollars, cash in hand will be required.
