A Benevolent Institution, established by special endowment for the relief of the sick and distressed, afflicted with Virulent and Epidemic diseases. 10 all persons afflicted with Sexual diseases, such as Spermatorrhea, Semineal Weakness, Impotence, Gonorrhea, Gleet, Syphillis, the vice of Onanism, or Self-Abuse, tc., &c.

The HOWARD ASSOCIATION of Philadelphia, in view of the awful destruction of human life and health, caused by Sexual disceases, and the doceptions which are nractised upon the unfortunate victims of such diseases by Quacks, have directed their consulting Surgeon, as a CHARITABLE ACT worthy of their name, to open a dispensary for the treatment of this class of diseases, in all their forms and to give MEDJCAL ADVICE GRATIS, to all who apply by letter, with a description of their condition, (age, occupation, habits of life, &c.,) and in cases of extreme poverty, to FUENISH MEDICINES KREE OF CHAEOE. It is needless to add that the Association commands the highest Medical skill of the age, and will furnish the most approved modern treatment

The Directors, on a review of the past, feel assured that their labors in this sphere of benevolent effort, have been of great benefit to the afflicted, especially to the young, and they had resolved to devote themselves, with renewed zeal, to this very important but much dispised cause.
