Nothing is so prevalent at this season of thc year as a gross and sluggish state of the blood. We have no hesitation in recommending to those who would preserve their health through the dangers of this climate, a free use of the best purifying medicine known to modern science, viz: Dr. McClintock's Tonic Alterative Syrup. This remedy is not only delightful to the taste, but perfectly safe and rapid in its effects. It stimulates the liver and other "-lands to natural action, gives tone and new vigor to all the functions, and enables them to throw off li unhealthy accumulations. We have heretofors alluded to the great and extending popularity of Professor McClintock, ,as a practitioner. It was well known in Philadelphia that his success in the in the treatment of disease was uncomonly great.— His medicines were few, simple and uiuformly vegetable, while they often produced cures in eases that had been givsn up for hopeless to the surprise of all. Among the most successful of those remedies, beyond doubt, stands Dr. McClintock's Tonic Alterative Syrup, as a purifier and renovator o. the blood-" Price fl: six bottles for $5.
