RAIL-ROAD. NOTICE is hereby given to the Stockholders to the capital stock of the Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Kokomo and Fort Wayne Rail Road Company, that instalments of 10 per cent, each, have been mnde payable at the office of the Treasurer of said Company in the Town of Frankfort, every sixty days from and after this date, until the whole amount subscribed shall have been paid.

The Trustees and Teachers would express their gratitude to the citizens of Crawfordsville, for the liberal patronage they have thus far afforded, and solicit a'like liberality in fnture.
The course of iustruction is thorough, and special atttention is paid to the moral and reliirious, as well as, intellectual training of the pupils, while nothing of sectarian character is allowed.
It is exceedingly desirable that the scholars should be prompt in their attendance at the begianing of the term. The new school room handsomely furished with Wales' patent desks and chairs, is now ready for the accommodation of the Seminary. The room is spacious and will be found pleasant and attractive.
