OTICE is hereby given, that a writ of Domestic Attachment was issued by me, Thomas J. Mason, one of the Justices of the Peace, in and for Madison township, in the county of Montgomery, and State of Indiana, on the twenty-fifth day of January, 1855, upon the affidavit of Oren Stoddary and Samuel Pigget, trustees of Mount Pleasant-Christian Church at Linden, in the State and county aforesaid, against the goods, chatties, rights, credits moneys cfe effects of Jehu Ivenworthy, late of the county and State aforesaid, by virtue of which writ the following described ciedits and money were attached as tho credits and money of the said Jehu Kecworthy, to-wit: a promisory noto calling for twenty dollars and ninety-five cents, due Sept. 30th, 1855 and bill of costs on John Fraley of five dollars, arid thirty-eight cents, which note and bill of costs is in the hands of Hiram Hughe: and subject to a claim of eleven dollars and twenty-five cents, which the said Hughes holds against the said Jehu Kenworthy also, five dollars in the hands of C. W. White, and that on the fourteenth day of April, 1855, at one o'clock P.
