At the late session of the B"oard' of Directors it was ordered that a letting of the road from Crawfordsville to Kokomo take pi gee on the 20th day of October. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Secretary for grubbing, grading, bridging, and tics, up to the above date. It was also ordered that three per cent, of the capital stock bo oalled for payable oil or before the 1st day of September, A. D. 1853, for the purpose of paying for surveys and locating the road.
