We can agree with the Journal in regard to vote buying and selling votes. He says disfranchise the man that will sell his vote and let the buyer go free He says if we had not any one that would 6ell their vote we would not have any buyers. We think if he will put them on the balance there will be an even stand off. We think if there were not any buyers we woulda't have anv that would sell. If you want to get corruptness out of the parties disfranchise both and get rid of the dead heads. It is immaterial to the floater which way the wheel turns. There is no wonder we have so much raeca'ity going on now. A candidate has to buy his way in and steal his way out to come out even.
