According to the ancient mythology, when Hercules wrestled with Antaeus, every time he jumped up again ever, gaining fresh every contact with the le9 conquered him at last only by holding him in the air away from the source of his strength, until he grew weaker and weaker and finally became exhausted.
he was thrown stronger than power from earth. Hercn-
Antaeus is a perfect symbol of mankind. Nature is the real source of health and vigor. The closerwe keep'to Nature's laws the stronger and healthier we grow. When we get away from them we are sure to be overcome by weakness and disease.
When sickUMigeUhpld or a man the
only remedy to really cure him must be a astural remedy. It must work according to natural laws and bring him right in touch with Nature. Any unnatural stimulus or mere temporary "appetizer" does no permanent good to a person who is debilitated and "run-down."
In these conditions the most perfect, natural strength-builder is Dr. Pierce's Golden Medical Discovery. It acts directly upon the natural nutritive processes, and creates •olid, p«pmanent strength and vital force in the same way that Nature creates them.
It capacitates the stomach and liver to vitalise the circulation and feed the nervecentres with pure, healthy blood. This is exactly Nature's way of curing nervous exhaustion, debility, insomnia, and neuralgia.
During the past
30
years, Dr. Pierce's
medicines have become recognized standard remedies throughout the world. His "Pleasant Pellets" are a perfect and permanent cure for constipation.
Sister Slica L. de Falcon, of Corpus Christi, Nueces Co., Texas, writes: This is to tell you that I have been ill for twenty-one years and was finally cured by your medicines' Golden Medical Discovery' and 'Favorite Prescription.' I wr completely cured after taking the medicine."

A Little Sufferer
Face, Hands and Arms Covered With Scrofulous Humors—How a Cure Was Effected.
When five years old my little boy had scrofula on his face, hands and arms. It was worst on his chin, although the sons on his cheeks and hands were very bad. It appeared in the form of red pimples which would fester, break open and run and then scab over. After disappearing they would break out ef*in. They eaused intense itohing and the little

be watched continually to keep him from scratching the sores. We became greatly alarmed at his condition. My wife's mother had had scrofula and the only medicine which had helped her was Hood's Sarsaparilla. We deelded to give It to our boy and we noted an Improvement in his case very soon. After giving him four bottles of Hood's Sarsaparilla the hnmor had all been driven oat of his blood and it has never retufhed." WILLIAM BABTZ, 416 South Williams 8t.t Scnth Bend, Indiana.
