ilise Eugenia Hart, daughter of Capt. W. H. Hart, deputy auditor of state, died Saturday morning at Frankfort. Miss Hart was twenty-ono years of age and was the only child of Capt. Hart, her mother having died when she was an infant. She has been her father's constant companion and has made a home for him, in which he has taken great pride.

Two weeks ago Mits Hart was taken ill with pneumonia, and her death has been expected for a week. Knowing the terrible loss her death wpuld be to Capt. Hart, who is a general favorite, a gloom was cast over the state officers.

A bimetalic club was organized in this my last week, its aim is to familiarize its members with monetary questions and to continue the organization for the campaign of 189S. The following officers, to serve one year, were chosen:
