Mrs. Bessie Skinner has sued the Monon road at Indianapolis, for ten thousand dollars. Her husband, Oscar Skinner, fell between the cars Bome months ago aod was killed. The cars were loaded with sand, and the complaint alleges that the loading was carelessly and negligently done. An exchange states "as a particular fact, and showing that a fatality must have hung over the family of the deceased, it ia related that at different times before the last dreadful accident, Skinner's two brothers employed by the .Monon company in identically the same capacity, running south on the same day of the week and month, were killed by the care at exactly the same point near Rossville.'' If this is true it look6 as though tho Monon company would do well to scan the list of employees and ascertain if there aro any more of the name of Skinner on tho payrolls. If so, it might be well to pay them off, before further accidents occur.
