This determination was taken at a mass meeting of railroad men held yesterday ami is the result of a secret session of representatives from each local union, the question being decided by ballot. While a number of railroad men are apparently satisfied that the strike should be declared oil", open hostility is manifested against working with nonunion men. 'i'lie opinion is general that the roads will seek to displace their new employes with the old men as rapidly as practicable, without issuing a general order for their dismissal.
