"Gen.'' Kelsey has probably shaken the dust oT Indianapolis from his feet. It was not his own shaking, but tho shaking was done, nevertheless, and In dianapolis is rid of a part of tho pest, notwithstanding the fact that about half of the "army" stopped there as individuals. Mohday morning at o'clock Mayor Denny. Police Commissioners Ruckle and Connor, Superintendent Powell and Capt. Splanu drove out to th "industrials" camp for the purpose of investigating the i-ituation regarding the "army." "Gen." Kelsey was absent at the time and the "army" was ordered to move on. This it. did under the es cort of Patrolmen Reede«- and Rogers. It kept moving until it ariived at May wood, which is outside tho four mile limit of jurisdiction. Here they rested to await the arrival of their illustrious leader.:-^
