This burlesque play was given iast uight at Music Hall and was one of.the best of the kind ever given here. The burning o'f the old log school house that stood on Goose Nibble common forty years ago was thrilling. The play took the older people back to the times when they attended the Hoosier "deestrick" schools in the early days. .Master Leon Joseph Coppage. as Johnny (Irump. and Miss Fjllie ft!more as Mrs. irump, kept the gravity of the audience completely unsettled. Miss lSertha lOl'liott as the school .Miss sustained her dilliev.lt art wilh grace and womanly dignity throughout. Glen Coppage,"'as the Irish janitor, would have been taken anywhere for a genuine witty Irishman, and kept ttie audienee in royal goo^l humor. Miss Lena Kliiott. as Mrs. jl^ Undertow, showed that she knew ai mighty sight about her husband's affairs The lognacious Mr. Undertow sustained with ailmirable skill by ?«lr. JosepL (-ourtney. tr nit
