Wiiii'K CAP NOTICUS,
Some time 6ince a Mr. lienry received two notices from alleged White Caps, residing near Kirkpatrick. to The cause of it is unknown, but he has taken them at their word and has since removed to White county. Below are the notices:

An Important Real Estate Deal. The terms of a real estate deal were closed Thursday that may yet have an important meaning. We refer to the sale of the Binford block, on the corner of Main and (Jreen streets, to Chas MCrawfor for $l.",ri00. The lot is lt!T foot and is considered one of the most valuable corners in the business portion of the city. A number of parties have been negotiating for the purchase of this propettv for some time. Isaac Davis, sr., was the next best bidder, hip ligures being SKL'iOO Although Mr. Crawford says he will not build right away, yet it is probable that before long the old liuiiding will be replaced by what may be termed a skyscraper. Mr. Crawford is the kind of man to build up a town and he will likely put up a four story building, with freight and pa«-(--n^er eie.-jitors. and suitable for a department s1ore.: The location is all that temld 'b,fi-.de?ir',d for such a purpn ".
