Will euro You, is tru! statement of the action or AVER'S Stirsaparilhi, when taken for disuses originating In impure blood but, while this assertion is true of AYER'S Sarsapurilla, as thousands can attest, it cannot bo truthfully applied to •other preparations, which unprincipled deulers will recommend,'and try to impose upon you, as "just as good as Ayer's." Take Ayer's Sarsapurilla and Ayer's only, if you need a blood-purifier .and would be benefited permanently. 'This medicine, for nearly fifty years, •lias enjoyed a reputation, and made a record for cures, that has never been •equaled by other preparations. AYER'S Sarsaparilla eradicates the taint of hereditary scrofulu and other blood "diseases from the system, and it lias, deservedly, the confidence of the people.

AVER'S

Sarsaparilla

"I cannot forbear to express my joy at the relief I have obtained from the use of AYER'S Sarsaparilla. I was afflicted with kidney troubles for about six months, suffering greatly with pains in the small of my back. In addition to this, my body was covered with pimply eruptions. The remedies prescribed failed to help me. I then began to take AYER'S Sarsaparilla, and, in a short time, the pains ceased and the pimples disappeared. I advise every young man or woman, in case of sickness resulting from impure blood, no matter how long standing the case may be, to take AYER'S Sarsaparilla."—H. L. Jarmann, 33 William st., New York City.

Tom Uourtaey Aeain Aira His Troubles. The sensational divorce suit of Mrs. Tom Courtney, of near Waynetown, against her husband in the circuit court some months ago is still fresh in the minds of REVIEW readers. At the time Mrs. Courtney proved that Thomas was a son-of-a-gun from Bitter Creek and showed that their married life had been occupied in fighting and cursing. The wronged wife was given an absolute divorce and $750 alimony. It wasn't but a few weeks later until these silly old geese made up again and were mar ried and the domestic feud

waB

renewed

with vigor. Now comes Tom, through his attorney, J. J. Mills, and files suit for divorce. The complaint is as voluminous as the civil law and embraces sumo pretty juicy charges. He paints his wife as a veritable hell-cat and says that she constantly and with seeming pleasure curses and beats him. One of her particular hobbies is to kick hire, on the shins until he yells for mercy. She just dotes on that pleasant little diversion. But here is what hurts Tom more than anything. He says that Mrs. C's 18-year-old son by a former marriage will persist in sticking his feet under his table, besides feeding his horse and eight head of hogs out of Mr. Courtney's crib when it was a distinct understanding between husband and wife before the last marriage that the young fellow should never be allowed to darken their doors. The complaint closes by stating that on July 8 she nearly murdered him by kicking him on the shins, pulling his hair and scratching him. There is little sympathy for a couple who are once divqyced and then re-marry and the public become indifferent to the "dog eat dog" contest.

DOG DEFEATS ROBBERS.

George Rohen Indebted to His Faithful Animal for Saving a Wallet.

SDAMOKIN, Pa., Aug. 14.—The cunning of a faithful dog saved his master, George Rohen, 52,100 when attacked by highwaymen. Rohen is a farmer from Chemung county, N. Y., and came to this locality to purchase a tract of land. He was returning to Shamokin last evening and carried 82, i00 in bills in his poobet. When at a lonely poteit on the Mahanoy Valley turnpike Rohen was stopped by three masked road agents. They demanded his oash. Rohen threw his wallet to his dog, who dashed off into the btuhes with the money in his mouth. •The robbers shot at the animal but missed It. Thejl beat Rohen and then ran awar- The dog returned to lte *»ner with the cash it had saved.
