Hoodlumi8ia at New Richmond. Hoodlums collected upon the side walks along the street running to the depot Saturday night and indulged in the passtime of insulting ladies who were compelled to walk in tho middle of the street to gat around the drunken wretches. A wide-mouthed desperado threw beer upon two of a group of four who were passing and called them vile names, and yet there was not a man within hearing distance that had nanhood enough to resent the insult to the ladies. If such conduct is to be tolerated our town will soon gain a reputation by no means enviable. Stronger argument could not be offered for incorporation.— Naw Richmond Enterprise.
