A TFIAIJF LOAD OF WOOL.
McClure & Graham Make the Biggest Wool Shipment In the History of the Count}*.
Just think of it! Fifteen car loads of wooll One whole train load! Nearly 150,000 pounds! Representing more than $25,000!
Yesterday afternoon McClure & Graham started a whole train load of wool from this city to the Philadelphia market. This is decidedly the largest individual shipment ever made from this county. This firm has been of vast advantage to the farmers of this county this sea-on. In spite of the decline in prices and stringency in the money market this firm has paid paid top notch prices at all times and the ready cash has always been forthcoming. But few farmers in the adjoining counties or even adjoining States hare had as good a market as ours, This is saying a great deal and wool raisers should feel under obligations to this enterprising firm who are always awoke to their interests.

Who are They?
A good story is told by an employe of the Big Four railroad which is too good to keep. A few nights ago a newly married couple boarded a train at Crawfordsville, bound east on a wedding tour. They occupied a berth in a sleeper, and their love making was one of the chief attractions of the other occupants of the car. They cooed and biled to their hearts content. The couple did not start to retire until all other passengers had gone to bed. Just before getting into her berth the bride saidjsweetly to her husband: "Dear, I am goingjto get a drink of water. When you hear me coming back eticn your foot out of the Jberth so I won't make a mistake."
When she turned to come back every berth had a foot exposed.—Danville Commercial.

The frightened mother at oiyje rushed to the place where her daughters had gone and there found the dead body of her elder daughter with her throat cut from ear to ear and her body fearfully mutilated. Nude and close beside it lay a navy blue coat left by the man who had assaulted and then murdered her. The body of the younger girl could not be found.
