It is now about six yearB since Dr. E. Indications are that May will open with cool, fair weather in most parts with frosts in northern directions. A warm wave will pass eastward across the country, giving rise to reactionary storms central on and next to the 3rd. After few dayB of cooler, clear weather, about the 7th,It will grow warmer in the west during the 8th to 11th the warmth will increase aa it advanceB eastward over the continent, resulting in many Bterms about 8th, 9th 10th. There is a marked tendency to frost, aB a rule, from about the 10th to 15th of May, especially when storms oocur on or just preceding those dates. But the indications for

month are that this froat
period will reach its crisis at the close of reactionary stormB central about the 15th. Thenewmoonon that day will add the equinox of Mercury on the 16th will increase and prolong storm conditions/ and add to the probabilities of frost after the Btorms in northerly regions.
From the 18th to 22nd falla a marked storm period, the crisis of which will likely be reached about the 22nd. A very warm wave will pass over the entire country during the period, and dangerous storms are liable to result. Easterly to southerly winds, sultry air with low and falling barometor, are certain harbingers of comming disturbances after storms pass, if winds continue from southerly points, or the barometor sullenly refuses to rise, look for a repetition of rain, wind and thunder, is cycles of twelve and twenty-four hours, until winds

upward. About the 25th and 26th there will be another rise in temperature, resulting in reactionary storms, beginning, of course, first in the west, and appearing latter at points along their march to the east.
The
laBt
day of May is the center of a
regular storm period which runs into the opening daye of June. Full moon on the 30th will tend to hasten dovelop. ments, so that a very warm wave will be well defined and on its way from the west attended by increasing storms, by the closing hours of the month. The Venus equinox will be felt in all storms up to the middle of May, hence there will be a marked tendency to very hard hail storms, to excessive and sudden changes from very warm to very cool, increasing the probablities of frost after stormB in all northly regions, it will also be prudent to anticipate tornadoes—to watch closely all etninous storm clouds, and to have your arrangments made, and your minds clear as to what would be the best thing for safety in a moment of manifest danger.
The Payer weather Will.
The New York Press of last Friday contained the following bit of interesting information:
The controversy over the millions left by Daniel B. Fayerweather, the leather merchant, which
haB
been in the Su-
premf Court for several years, was yesterday disposed of by Judge Lawrence He dismissed the complaints in the two actions which have arisen because of the failure of the counsel for the plaintiffs to appear to prosecute.
While this action practically ends the suit of the executors of Mrs. Fayerweather's estats against the executors of Mr. Faverweather's estate yet there are still pending ether suits brought by certain colleges which were beneficiaries in the original will but were not named in tho deed of trust made by the executors disposing of the residue. Wabash wa6 named in the deed of trust to the amount of 150,000 in addition to the $50,000 provided for in the original will and is therefore not one of the partieB in the suit. Of the $50,000 provided for in the will Wabash has received $37,000. The balance, $13,000, is tied up by these suits and cannot be paid until they are disposed of. In the end there can be little doubt but that Wabash will receive this balance and the $50,000 of the rasiduo.

State of New York, County of Washington. Lucien Rodd of Whitehall, N. Y., being by me duly sworn, deposes and says that some years ugo he suffered very greatly with insomnia, nervous prostration and hie body was cove&d with aoree, causing him great pain and anaoyance. That his head was so covered with sores, that he was hardly able to comb or even brush his hair, so great was the pain it occasioned.
That he consulted the local physicians without successful result that he took quantities of medicine with no benefit whatever that physicians told him hia disease was incurable and he had come to the same conclusion himself and had made up his mind to go to a hospital and await death.
That just about this time be learned about Dr. Greene's |Kervura blood and nerve remedy, which he began to use. That this remedy entirely relieved and cured him, healed and dried up his sores, enabled him to sleep soundly and comfortably, and restored him to his ordinary vigor and vitality, in short, made a sound and well man of him so that he was fully able to work at his occupation, and has done so since that time.
That he attributes his recovery to Dr. Greene's Norvura blood nnd nerve remedy, as it restored him whea everybody
