fl TRIAL WILL CONVINCE
"Will Break Up the Praotioe. During the Bhow eoaeon just pasBed a gang of young hoodlums have made a practice of boating their way into Music Hall at every entertainment. The means they employed were not novel but practicable. The gang would carry along ladder into the yard of C. L. Thomas, on the south of Music Hall, which would reach to a window in the gallery, and then watching their opportunity would drop inside, BometimeB aB many as 25 or 30 gaining an admittance that way. Last Friday night while Cleveland's minstrels were exhib iting there a trap was set to catch them by stationing Officer Gill immediately below the window, out of sight frotn those above. The gang arrived as usual and the ladder brought into service. The first fellow to reach the window and drop into tho policeman's arms was Calvin Reed, but before another could jump Heed gave the alarm and the reBt escaped. Reed was locked up in jail where ho wailed aad cried like a good fellow until along toward midnight when his father arrived and bailed him out. This example will probably have the desired effect and it is hoped the nuisance will be broken up.

The diseases are thought to have resulted from utter lack of drainage, and tho general lack of sanitary conditions. Several hundred cases are reported.—Frankfort Crescent, V.

The Cause ot Klienmatlsm.'
An acid which exists in sour milk and cider, called lactic acid, is ^believed by physicians to be the cause of rheumatism. Accumulating in the blood, it attacks the fibrous tissues in tho joints, and causes agonizing pains. What is needed is a remedy to neutralize the acid, and so invigorate tho kidneys and liver that all waste will be carriod off. Hood's Sarsaparilla is heartily recommended by many whom it has cured of rhuematism. It possesses just tho desired qualities, and so thoroughly purifies the blood as to prevent occurence of rheumatic attacks. We suggest a trial af Hood's Sarsaparilla by all who suffer from rheumatism.
New York City has fewer alleys than any other city in the world, notwithstanding it is one of tho largest.
A Contractor's Advice.
Messrs. Dullain Bros.—I take great pleasure in testifying in behalf of Dullara's Great Geruiivn Blood, liver stomach aad kidney cure. I can safely say that I never took such medicine as that to cleanse the liver, stomach and kidneys. I was suffering for years with billiousness, indigestion, and loss of appetite and sleep. One bottle did for me more good than six months' other treatment, and I feel it my duty to testify in its behalf, so others may try it and get cured.

Then she tried Dr. King's New Discovery and after the use of two and a half bottleB, was completely cured. Pitcher's Castoria.
Am So Tired,"
Is a common exclamation at this season. Thero is a certain bracing effect in cold air which is lost when the weather grows warmer and when Nature is renewing her youth, her admirers feel dull, sluggish and tired. This condition is owing mainly to tho impuro condition of tho blood, and its failuro to supply healthy tissue to the various organs of the body. It is* remarkable how Busceptiblo tho system is to the help to be derived from a g&od medicine at this season. Possessing just those purifying, building-up qualities which the body craves, Hood's Sarsapa rilla soon overcomes that tired feeling restores the appetite, purities the blood and, in short, imparts! vigorous health to thousands ot friends as with one voict declare "It Makes tho Week Strong."
