DR. MAN-O-WA.
A Physician Whose Reputation and Methods are Above Reproach.—What is Thought of Him at HomeTho success attendant upon tho practice of Dr. Man-o-wa since locating in Frankfort must certainly be satisfactory to himself for it is really wonderful, lie has treated a large number of cases, every one of which were of a chronic nature, and in no instance has he failed to bonofit, but in 95 per cent, of the cases he has affected a cure. This gentleman is an Indian doctor of many years stand ing, and an educated physician of the best qualifications. His method of treating is the same as practiced by the Indians, using roots and herbs as they are prepared by nature.
The doctor acquired the knowledge of this mode ot treatment from the "medicine man" of a friendly tribe of Indians. After spending several" years in learning of nature's remedies Dr. Man-O-Wa took a course and graduated with high honors from the Rush Medical College, of Chicago, which all physicians will acknowledge as one of the highest authorities on materia medica in the land. In preparing himself in this manner, the doctor is able, to handle any and all cases in the most intelligent and scientific manner, an*l he ranks with the best physicians in the country.
Dr. Man-0 Wa treats chronic disuses of all kinds, such as require constitutional treatment. JIc has given this class of diseases close study, and he understands tho effect of chronic ail ments upon the human system most thoroughly. In diognosing a case the doctor will locate your pains and ailments and convince you almost that he has known of your trouble from day to day-
Some skcptic may ask why Dr. Man-O-Wa travels if he is so well qualified. He does it to make a success of his profes sion, as 110 one city could furnish enough chronic cases to make it profitable. In Frankfort as well as other cities he has secured his full quoto of patients. He has on tile at his office hundreds of testimonials from patients, speaking in the highest terms of his treatment. One point which strongly recommends Dr. Man-O-Wa is that his charges are always very reasonable. His charges range from two to five dollars per month, which price includes medicines. And the deserving poor, those who are treated free. From what has been said it can be seen that Dr. Man-O-Wa is an exception to the general rule of traveling physicians. He will be found a well read, well posted physician, a gentleman of eduction and refinement. Ho is well liked at home, and stands deservedly hieli, both as a professional man and as a private citizen, and to those not acquainted with him we will say that what he tolls you regarding yo"r case can be implicitly relied upon. will not give you treatment unless he is certain he can benefit you, and one thing you can rest assured of—ho will make his charges at all- times, very reasonable. Dr. Man-O-Wa is a traveling physician in whom the most implicit confidence can be placed. Copied from
Frankfort, Times of January 23rd 1891. Dr. Man-O-Wa will be at RobbinsIIouso Crawfordsville Ind., on Tuesday April 19.
