The voters of the townships of Coal Creek Wayne, Ripley, Brown, Scott, Union, Madison, Sugar Creek, Franklin, Waluutaud Clark, in Montgomery County, State of Iudlana, will hereby take uotioa that the following order was made by the Boanl of Commissioners of said Montgomery County, Slate of Indiaua, at their regular June Session, 1S90, on the lUh day of Juue,

Initio Matter of the Redistrictiug of Montgomery County for Voting Purposes. Pursuant to au Act, unacted by the General Assembly ot the State of Indiana, approved March ti, 18S9, for the redistrictiug of the different townships of said Slate into precincts for the purposes of voting at any ireueral electiou by the lloar.t of Couuty Coinmissiouers in their reptclive count i-v- Ii is therefore ordered and adjudged by Hie said Board of Commissioners for Montgomery county, State of Indiana, at tliis, their regular .1 une session, 1890, that the several precinct* and voting places at all geueral elections ii all the various townships in Montgomery County, Indiana, be, and the same are, hereby changed and divided, and the boundaries thereof established, aud fixed, and the voting places therein established and fixed as follows, to-wit:
