Of the Change in the Boundaries of the Votins: Precincts of Said

County,

As Made by the Board of Commissioners at their Regular June Session, 18'JO

The voterj of the townships of Coal Creek Wayne, Ripley, Brown, Scott, Union, Madison, Sugar Creek, Franklin, Walnut and Clark, in Montgomery County, State of Indiana, will hereby take notice that the following order was made by the Board of Commissioners of said Montgomery County, State of Indiana, at their regular June Session, 1890, on the 11th day of June,

In the Matter of the Hedistricting of Montgomery County for Voting Purposes, Pursuant to an Act, enacted by the general Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 6,1889, for the redistricting of the different townships of said State into precincts for the purposes of voting at any general election by the Board of County Commissioners in their respective counties. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the said Board of Commissioners for Montgomery county, State of Indiana, at this, their regular June session, 1890, that the several precinct* and voting places at all general elections in all the various townships in Montgomery County, Indiana, be, and the same are, hereby changed and divided, and the boundaries thereof established, and fixed, and the voting places therein established and fixed as follows, to-wit:

UNION TOWNSHIP.

PKKCINCT NO. 1.

All that part of Union township, Montgomery County, Indiaua, bounded as follows, towit:

Beginning at the intersection of Market street, and Whitlock avenue, in the city of Crawfordsville, Indiana, following the center of said Market street east to the center of Uie Vandalia railroad track thence following said railroad track in a northeasterly direction to the Union township line thence due north along said Union township line until said line reaches the south bank of Sugar Creek thence following the south and east bank of said Sugar Creek in a southwesterly direction until tbe said creek reaches the corporation limits of the city of Crawfordsvillle, thence

All that part of Union township bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the east line of Union township at the northeast corner of section 1, township 18 north, range4 west, and running thence due west to the east corporation line of tbe city of Crawfordsville thence west along the center of Wabash Avenue to where it intersects Elston avenue thence north and west along said Elston Aventie until it reaches Main street thence east on Main street to the intersection of Morgan street thence north on Morgan street to the center of Market street thence east on Market street to the Vandalia railroad thence following said railroad in a northeasterly direction until said railroad passes out of Union township thence south along the ea3t line of Uuion township to the place of beginning.

Beginning at the center of tho intersection of Plum with Franklin street in the city of Crawfordsville thence south along the center of said Plum street until said street merges into the Danville gravel road thence following said road in a southeasterly direction to tbe south line of Union township which is near the southwest corner of section 35, township 18 north, range, 4 west thence due west along the south line of Union township until said line intersects with what is known as tbe Terre Haute gravel road, which is near tbe center of the south line of section 35, township 18 north, range, 6 west thence in a northeasterly direction along the center of the said gravel road until said gravel road reaches tbe northeast corner of section 7, township 18 north, range & west, and thence due west 120 rods to the center of the dirt road running north thence north on said road to the intersection of Elm street and Franklin street thence east along the center of said Frankliu street to the place of beginning.
