To the Voters of Montgomery County, Indiana,

Of the Change in the Boundaries of the Voting Precincts of Said

County,

As Made by the Board of Commissioners at their Regular June Session, 1890.

The voters of the townships of Coal Creek, Wayne, Ripley, Browu, Scott, Union, Madison, Sugar Creek, Franklin, Walnut and Clark, in Montgomery County, State of Indiana, will hereby take notice that the following order was made by the Board of Commissioners of said Montgomery County, State of Indiana, at their regular June Session, 1890, on the 11th day of June.

In the Matter of the Redisricting of I Montgomery County for Voting Purposes. Pursuant to an Act, enacted by the (ieneral Assembly ot the State of Indiana, approved March 6,1889, for the redisricting of the different townships of said State into precincts for the purposes ot voting at any general election by the Board of County Commissioners in their respective counties. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the said Board of Commissioners for Montgomery county, State of Indiana, at this, their regular June session, 1890, that the several precincts and voting places at all general elections in all the various townships in Montgomery County, Indiana, be, and the same are, hereby changed and divided, and the boundaries thereof established, and fixed, and the voting places therein established and fixed as follows, to-wit:

UNION TOWNSHIP:

All that part of Union township, Montgomery County, Iudiaua, bounded as follows, towit:
