The Climax.

American genius triumphed when Fulton pulled the throttle valve, and saw his majestic steamboat glide gracefully on the waves. A Nation's heart beat with joy when Morse chased his thoughts around the world with lightning speed. The world opened its mouth in wonder when filias Howe, after four hundred generations had passed away, discovered the-eye of the needle was put in* the wrong end, and thus relieved toiling humanity of untold sighs. George Yost, with the Climax Reaper and Mower, has astonished the manufacturers of the world and called out the admiration of all beholders. It is destined to supersede all other Reapers and Mowers. This beautiful machine is on exhibition and for sale at Greggs Mammoth Hardware Store. The price is no more than that of the old style machines. Everybody is invited to call at Gregg's Hardware Store and see the wonder of the world.

The Reasons Why

Farmers should use Ball's Ohio Reaper and Mower are 1. It cut a wider swath than other machines. 2. The Drive Wheels aru four inches higher than other machines, and each drives the machine independent of the other. 8. It puts no weight on the necks of the team when the driver is off of the seat. 4. It cuts a higher stuble. 5. The Cutter Bar and Reel can be lowered near the ground, thus lifting and outtting lodged and tangled grain better than other machines. 6. The driver has a better opportunity to see and avoid obstructione. 7. lt is easier to turn corners with it. 8. The team is hitched much nearer the drive wheels, thus greatly lessening the draft. 9. It has a plat* form for cutting osts, flax and clover seed, whioh oan be attached in five minutes, and which only weighs fifteen pounds. 10. Ball's Ohio Reaper and Blower possesses many other advantages whioh it would pay the farmers to investigate. This machine is kept for sale at Gregg's Hardware Store, where the wants of all cani be supplied. Everybody go to Gregg's, mav28tf

Hundred Dollars in Gold.

Will be given to any person who, on analysis will discover one grain of arscnic or other poison in DR. HURLEY'S AGUE TOXIC. It is purely vegetable, and the most happy combination that the science of medicine has as yet developed to successfully combat the most prevalent diseases incident to a bilious or malarious climate. It is the most perfect anti-pcri-odic—always Breaking the Chill in three or four doses bat better than that or all else: and what renders it the most efficient and valuable compound extant, is the universally conceded fact that it leaves the patient in better health than before the attack, with no puffins up of the skin, no buzzing in the head, no deafness or impaired vision, but a clear head, transparent skin, a bright eye, and elastic step and buoyant health.

It eliminates disease from tho system by dissipating engorgements of the secretions, exciting the livor to healthy action and giving the pancreatic and hepetic juices their normal condition and healthy flow.

It is better preventive than cure, and if people could bo prevailed upon to tako it, in. say half doses three times a day, during the chilly season, they would havo perfect immunity from chills and all the concomitant diseases but, who except the very prudent, will tako medicine before they are sick.
