Cancers Cured.

l)r. Swank, the well known and noted cancer physician will visit the Richardson House, the 2d Tuesday of every month hereafter through the year, and and aitend to the treatment of chronic diseases and especially cancers.

He visited this place every mouth as well as all the adjoining County scats in 180: and l-^OI regularly, he treated and cured a great many cases here. He cured a cancer on George Fruits' wife. Jonas Rountree, Isaac Rich, old Mrs. Wilson. of Ladoga, and William Buchanan's wife, some of which were quite bad.

The Doctor has proved himself to be a man of science and skill, and generally too well known to need recommending, and any person calling him a quack would be laughed at. The Doctor's first, ten years were spent in treating diseases generally: ten in traveling over the greater part of the United States, alwaj-s making a speciality of cancer, and treating thousands of cases, and treating chronic diseases, and for the last five has been located permanently in Indianapolis.

He will travel part, of the time hereafter to give him some respite from city life. The Doctor is a regular graduate of one of the best Reform Medical Colleges in the United Stales, and stands as a physician in his profession.

He deals honestly with his patients. If he thinks he cannot cure or benefit them, he will tell them so, as it i3 to no physician's interest to deceive his patients. He carries a full supply of medicines, and charges low, but cash. oct.2w I

Worthy of Attention.

To Dr. Tbomn* A. flnrlcy: W I hereby ccrtify that during the la.-t year 1 was attacked with the Ague while in Yieksburg. Miss., and used soveral popular patent medicines with bnt temporary relief. On reaching home the disease returned in a worse type, if possible, when my medical attendant ordered Quinine, in large doses, frequently as high "as f,(i grains per day, and which must have cost me nearly S100. I consulted Dr. Smith, of Louisvi.lle, and fonnd be prescribed Quinine and Arsenic, combined, which I refused to take, preferring to let the disease take its course. I was almost bloodless, extremely exhausted, and pronounced with enlarged Liver and Spleen. At about this time the advertisement of Hurley's Ague Tonic appeared in a city paper, and I determined to give it a trial. 1 did so and have no reason to regret it. One bottle restored me completely, and since that time I have seen nearly I a hundred cases in which it acted with equally happy result, and would certainly recommend it as preferable to any other Tonic before the public.
