A Palpable Hit.

While Sain Calloway was addressing tho Abolition tittle, on Tuesday last, he spoke of the proud consolatioii a Radical would feel on hid presentation before the bar of the Great Judge. Said ho: "Having performed our duty well on earth—having fulfilled the christian mission to the heathen of the world—having left political milleninm in this mundane .sphere—where no distinction hereafter hall bo made botween color, race or creed—with a countenance glowing with the spiritual radience, imparted by tho baud of God, we will present ourselves before the bar of the Great Jehovah, confident of thccotnmand to takeourseats amid tbeanointod of the Lord."

An observing cuss who was transfixed by tho horriblo contortions of tho speaker during thin modest (light, asked his neighbor if Sam's face wan a specimen of the "heavenly rtidionce" to be witnessed on that occasion? We heard 110 reply.
