SUCTION I .—Be it ordained by the Mayor and Common Council of the city of Crawfordiville, That nny person who shall willingly, or maliciously tear down, remove, destroy or deface any .legal nuiicr, handbill, poster, programme or other public noiico or advertisement whatever, witliih ttlc corjorato limits of the city of Crawffirdsvtlle,' lawfully posted up in any place not belonging to. nor occupied by such person, shall be deemed guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before the Mayor, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding tea dollars.
SEC. S.—That any porson who shall be found loitoring about tho streets of said city, or within two miles beyond the city limits, or who shall habitually frequent or loiter about gambling houses, or pla:o* where intoxicating liquors are sold to be used on the premises, or houses of ill fa:nc within tho jurisdiction of the city of Crawfordsville, shall be doomed a vagrant. and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding twenty dollars, to which may be added imprisonment not exceeding thirty days. u-

SEC. 8.—Any perron who shall within the limits of the eity of Crawfirdsvillr, be guilty of driving or riding uny horse, mare, mule, or other animal, on through any of the s.reets. alleys or public bighwaii of tho city of Crawl'orJsvillc, faster than the ordinary gait of traveling, which shall be computed at the rate of six miles per hour, or any person who shall within said city ride or drive any horse, mule or other animal through any ot the streets, alleys, or public highways of said eity, in a careless or rccKlcss manner whereby uny person or property is injured or damaged, shall on cunviction thereof bo lined in any sum not exceeding thirty dollars and costs,
