some of the Cases, made of tho ohoicest woods, are finished iu the simplest manner possible, others are adorned and embellished in the most costly and su perb manner.

It is absolutely necessary to seo the Family Ma chine in operation, to judge of its great capacity and beauty.

It is fast becoming as popular for family sowing as our Manufacturing machines aro for manufactur ing purposes.

MACHINES FOR MANUFACTURING PURPOSES.

Our Nos. 1 and S Machines are of great capacity and application for manufacturing purposes—tailoring. shoe fitting, and so forth.

Our No. 3 MaohinoB (with Vibrating Pressor, which is indispensable for heavy patont leather work) aro especially adapted to all kinds of light and hoavy Leather Work, in Carriage Trimming, Boot and Sboa Making. Marness Making, etc., etc. They are of oxtra size, with an arm long enough to take under it and stltoh the largest sized carriago dashes. There is scarcely any part of a Trimmer's stitching .that cannot be better done by them than by hand so, too. the saving of time and labor is very great. The table of these Machines is 24 inohes long, and the shuttle will hold six times as much thread as tho shuttle of thoso used for tailoring purposes. The large machines work as fast as small ones.

The publie have been swindled by spurious machines made in imitation of ours. The motal in them, from the iron casting to tho smallest piece is of poor quality. It is only by doing a great businoss, and having extensive manufacturing establishments, that good machines can be made at moderate priccs. The best designed Machines. BADLY MADE, are always liable to get out of order, and are suro to cost considerable troublo and money to keop them in repair.

The qualities to be looked for in a mochinc arc: certainty of correct action at all rates of tpeed, iimplicit) of construction, great durability, and rapidity of operation, with the least labor.Maohines, to combine these essential qualities, must be made of the best metal and flalshe* to perfection We have the ways and means, on a grand scale, to do this.

The purchasers of Machines, whose daily bread it may concern will find that thoso having the above qualities not only work well nt rapM as well as Slow rates of speed, but last longest in the finest possible working ordor. Our Machines, as xaik
