Fixing the Dockct Fees of iho City Attorney, SEC. 1, Bo it ordained by tho Mayor and Common Council of theoity of Crawfordsvilic, That the City Attornoy shall bo allowed a docket too in all cosos triod before the Mayor of said oity, for violations of the oity ordinances, when he appears in person or by deputy, as follows, viz: Docket feo before the Mayor upon a ploa of guilty, ono dollar Docket feo bofore the Mayer upon a plea of not guilty, throe dollars.
