The ills of man yield like magic to the treat power of the Pain Killer,
KINSHAK,
Ohio, May 30 th, 1859.
J. N. HARRIS ACO.—GKSTB: I hare for a few jaonth* past used Perry Dari' Pain Killer for DYSPEPSIA LIVER COMPLAINT, and I must gay it has done better for me than any other medicine that I have ever taken.
A friend of mine was afflicted with a severe cough, and was permancntly cared by its nse. I can recommend it as a valuable medicino to be kept in every house. Yours etc. B. B. FELTON.
Sold by M. D. Manson.
What proof more reliable conld be given in favor of any medicine than the following letter, received unsolicited, from the Rev. W.B. Jacobs! Read it.
NEWARK, N. J., June 6th, 1859.
Messrs.Pcrry DavisASon,—(tentlemen:--Allowme unsolicited* to send you a word of commendation for your Pain Killer. I have used it in my family these several years, and found it all it claims to be. For rheumatism, coughs, colds, burns, cholera tendencies and difficnltics, as well as diseases generally that prevail in families, I rcgrrd the Pain Killer as beyond all price, and as efficacious beyond any medicine within my knowledge. Wo keep it as our chief family medicine, and find its use in ordinary cases worth more than any doctor. The testimony of other* among my acquaintances and friends is equally favorable. Many clergymen have spoken of it in the highest terms as a family medicine. Missionaries in repeated instances have said to me in person and in their lettors, that tho Pain Kill«r was by far the best medicine used in heathen lands, and thoy use it for themselvos and families and administer it to others around them. Thus much I am inclined to say, as an act of justico to yourselves, and as a benefit to others. You are at liberty to use this testimonial, if of any service.
Yours, Ac., REV. W. It. JACOBS, LateEditorfo Christia Chronicle.

GENTLEMEN:—Tho confidence I have in Perry Davis' Pain Killer as aremedy for Colds. Coughs, Burns. Sprains and Rheumatism, for the cure of which I have successfully used it, induces me to cheerfully recommend its virtues to others..
A few months ago I had recourse to it to destroy a felon although I had never heard of its being used for that purpose, but having suffered intensily from a former one, and having no other remedy at hand, I applied the Pain Killer freely for about fifteen minutes at evening, and repeated the application very briefly the next morning, which ontirely destroyed tbe felon, and increased my confidence in tho utility of the remedy.
