I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the 80th day of June, I860, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. in. of said day. at the door of the Court House of said Montgomery county. Indiana, the rents and profits of a term not exceeding seven years, of the following dc'cribed Real Estate, to-wit:

The undivided interest of John Figgin Lot number fifty-seven, in the original plat of tin: town of Crawfordsvillc, all lying in the county of Montgomery and State of Indinna.

And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will, at the same time and place, expose at public sale the l'oc simple of said Ileal Estate.
