Wheat is in demand at unchanged prices sales of 40,000 bush, at 81@82c for inferior Chicago Spring 82c for unsound Canadian Club $1 02@$1 05 for common White Canadian 99c for Red Michigan, and $115@tl 25 for White Southern.

Rye is steady sales of 2,100 bushels at 69c. Barley steady sales of 3,000 bush, part California at 60@68c.

Corn is drooping sales of 34,000 bush, at 70@73c for White, and 73@74c for Yellow.

Oats are dull, at 42@44c for State, and 44@46c for Western. Groceries—Sugar is steady at 6|c for Orleans. Coffee is steady at 10£@ll£c.

CINCINNATI, Wednesday, May 12. Flour—The demand was quite limited, the sales not exceeding 800 brls., at $3 60 @$3 70 for superfine and choicc, and $3 85@8 90 fcr extra white wheat.

Provisions—The market continues in that unsettled state heretofore noticcd.— 4The sales to-day were 60 hhds. Bacon at and 8£c for Shoulders and Sides 22 tcs. prime country Lard at 10^c 28 do do do at 10c.

Groceries—Sales of 50 bags Coffee at 114c. Molasses sells at 35@36c. Wheat—The market is very firm, with an active demand. Sales of 1,200 bush, prime white at 90c 1,000 do do do at 93c 350 do red at 78c 500 do good white at 83c.

Corn—Sales of 1,800 bushels at 88c.— The market is firm, with a demand fully equal to the receipts.

Barley—Sales of 600 bush, prime Fall at 42c. There is a good demand for prime, and the market is firm.

Rye—A sale of 500 bushels at 55c, delivered. Oats—The market is quiet, and prices steady at 31@32c.

Hay—Prime is in good request at $18 @$14 per ton.
