Having the sole ownership of Montgomery Co.. are now prepared to turnish individual rights' for tho above improvement, also Glimmers, Saws, and Hanging apparatus. These saws arc warren ted to cut from 1-4 to 1-3 more lumber in a day than the aid saw and do it with much less power. The glimmer can be used without taking the saw out of the mill, and much less filing will be required after using it. Wc hive also the celebrated patent and cut saws, which have given such universal satisfaction. Being confident that these saws will entirely supercede all others, wo propose to close out the old stock, (both cut and mill saws) for cash at cost and transportation. LACOUR'S CONCENTRATED ACID will, in five hours after being mixed, change five gallons of the mest acid Vinegar that can be found in tho market. By the use of Lacour's Concentrated Acid, vinegar can bo made for one do'.lar and sixty cents per barrel.

FOB MAKING LIQUORS, Lacour's Oil requiro preparation— only pour the oil into the whisky nd shake well. The liquors thus made will liavo a fine natural aroma, a full, rich, oily taste: a beau-, tiful traneparent color and a line head. Lacour's oils exert three distinct properties in converting common whisky to brandy, gin, Ac. The firit property combines with and subsides in tho form of noculent particles the whole of the gram oil.— Amvlic Alcohol.) The whisky is thus deprived of that peculiar irritating and burning taste, and becomes a neutrul spirit the second property consisis in an oily mncillaginous taste imparted to tho liquor, which render* it mellow, ana imparts an appearance of great age the thisd property is ei-, hibited in the rich vinous nutty odor that ia imparted to the liqncr, which renders distinction from the genuine brands impossible.

These oils are put up in quart flasks each flaak contains sufficient oil for making three hundred gallons of liqnor. Fall and comprehensive direction# accompany tho bottles. Prico, $2 pe. bottle.
