I, JAMES QILKEY, Auditor of said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing list of lands and town lots returned delinquent for the non-payment"of"taxes due thereon for the year 1854 is correct- and notice is hereby given that so much of said lands and town lots as may be necessary to discharge the taxes, interest, and charges which may be due thereon, or dne from the owner thereof at the time of *ale will be sold at nublic auction, at the Court House, the town of Crawfordsville, in said County, .on the first Monday in January, A.
