CHERRY PECTORAL,
for the rapid Cure of
COUGHS, COLDS, HOARSENESS, BRONCHITIS,WHOOPING-COUGH, CROUP, ASTHMA, AND
CONSUMPTION.
I We invite the attention oi tne l'ublic to the Ccrtificate appended below, and bespeak for them that candid consideration which their honest frankness des Tves. I Men in such stations as many who voluntarily bear witness to the etficacv and value of Cherry
Pectoral, do not wantonly trifle with, or distort facts nor overstate their convictions. Judge then, whother this is not the medicine to trust when yon must have relief for the throat or luncs judge then whether every family ought not to have it by them as a safecnard acainst the everywhere prevailing enemy, which steals with fatal frequency upon almost" every fiock and carries off the lamb from many a houtc? Jackson. C. H.. Jackson City, O., 20th Nov., 1852.
Dn. J. C. AYF.B. Sir—The CHKBRY PECTOKAL is much inquired after. Several of our best Physicians have used it, three of them in their own case and always with the happiest effects. The numerous patent medicines always before them, lead to incredulity in recard to every new remedy and it is only after undoubted evidence of value in any article, that anythinc like a general confidence can be excited.
The unrivalled excelencc of this combination of accnts.(in the CHERRY PECTORAL) proved beyond civil by repeated trial under their own observation, has compelled medical men to proclaim abroad its usefulness. It is beyond all doubt the best general remedy we have for the Pulmonary Affections of this climate, at the same time sedative and expectorant—a rare combination of properties.
In the hope that it will prove its own reward, I subscribe mvsolf. Respectfullv your obt. servt. JAS. II* C". MILLER, M. D.
Allegan, Mich, 10th, Jan., 1S53.
Dear Sir—No one, "no not one—man woman or child can be found to deny that the CHERRY PECTORAL is all that it claims to be. There is much used in this vicinity although not known until recently. The community should known its virtues.
Yours tnil v. JOHNR. KELLOGG, M. D.
Let gentlemen of the Legal Profession mark this case. Williamsburgh, L. I., Sept* 3,1S55, DR. J. C. Ayrb.
Dear Sir—Over application for the past three years to my duties as an advocate brought on some eiclit months ago a severe irritation of the bronchial tubes, which was a constant annoyance to me and fust bceoming a source of great apprehension. Every remedy tried, failed to even relieve me. tilll used your CHERRY PECTORAL. This has not only relieved me. but as I trust, wholly cured me. I care nothing for tho reputation of advocating Patent Medicines, and this at your service. 1 shall recommend it to members of tho bar, and others whom I may meet, laboring under similar indispositions. Yours trulv.
South Paris, Me., Aug. 18, 1S50.
I have no hesitation in savinc. that I regard AYER'S CHERRY PECTORAL as decidedly the best remedy within my knowledge for thecurc ofchronic bronelilis, coughs, aud all diseases of the lungs.
M. A. RUST, M. D.'
Montgomery, Ala., October 4, 1749.
DR. J. C. AYER.—Sir: I have used your admirable compound extensively in my practioe. and find it to surpass, by far, any other remedy we have for curing diseases upon the lun&'s.
Your obedient servant. R. B. JONES, M.D.
What yet remains to convince- the most incredulous that the Cherry Pectoral is all that it purports to be, viz: an unequalled remedial agent for all diseases of the Throat and Lungs. The experience of years has proven it to be such, and we submit it to the people, believing that its virtues will fully maintain its reputation. PREPARED UY J. C. AYER. CHEMIST, LOWELL, MASS.

3d, 1855, granting bounty land to Soldiers, and all others who served in any capacity in any of the wars since 1700. each person, or if dead, his widow or minor children, is cntitled to a certificate or warrant for such quantity of land as shall make in the whole with what he may have heretofore received, 1 ACRES, provided he shall have served a period not less than fourteen days. Being associated with a gentleman in Washington City who has been connected with the General Land 'fliee many years, all claims intrusted to my care will receive prompt attention. The advantage of having a responsible Agent at the Department is, that claims will be attended to without delay, while those sent to the Commissioner are often crowded out for many months. No charge made in any ease where the warrant is not obtained.
