Receipts for Assessments will bo forwarded to Agents or authorized persons to whom members are expected to mako prompt payment. Interest •will bo charged on all assessments remaining unpaid on and after the 5th day of December, on which they arc payable and at the expiration of thirty days from this date, delinquents will be liablo to suit for the whole amount of their premium notes, agreeably to tho eleventh section of the Charter. Notes of tho State Bank of Indiana, of tho Free Banks of Indiana in good standing, or of the specio paying banks in Kentucky and Ohio, will DO required for assessments.
