The Terre Haute and Indianapolis papers speak of it in high terms. Accompanying
the panorama are the celebrated Mac Evoy children who are spoken of as great musi

liberally patronized.
IWAUTIN ICOSZTA.
This individual says the Baltimore Times is on his way to the United States. lie has
been the instrument, unconscious, and probably unwillingly of creating some little dis
turbance in the world. Probably far more
has been made about him, than if he had 'owed his notoriety to his own endeavors,
Avould ever have been talked over in cab
inets, courts, or bar-rooms. His is one of Mhose cases, where greatness is thrust upon a man. And that Aus'ria has said
lier sav, and Mr. Hulsrinann 1K:S heard
from Mr. Mnrey, and Koszta is coinin^ the United States, it aj^pears that sonn our northern friends, n.it tired yet of rn.-i-

think that (lie climax wili have been capped. .The spectacle will be a rich one, when the

to liberate him, exhibited by swearing that lie was a Hungarian and several little coni•iplimenlarv allusions to tilings which he

parading and prancing, will set down to a supper, and make and listen to a quantity
of bail speeches, a large quantity of liquor will be drank, and r.cxt morning some of
them will wish they hadn't done it.
This man-woiuip of a loivigner, who happens to be distinguished or notorious,
is disgusting enough, and in the case of

It appeared upon examination that the woman Schenck hud been livinf'' tor sometime with the murdered his wife, that Cender came to the house in the evening, and a quarrel ensued between Cender and Scheib, of which the woman was the subject, that in the affray Scheib was shot in the breast with a shot o-un, causing his immediate death.
