Woman's Danger. No man can ever know the devoted martyrdom of many women.
Unselfishly a woman works and suffers that home and loved ones may be happy.
When it seems as though her back would break, when she growS"irregular, faint, irritable, loses all interest in society, gets the blues," is crushed •with that indescribable feeling of "bearing-dovn," she "drags along," day after day, suffering agonies that would appal a man.
The cause of all her trouble is some derangement of the uterus or womb, perhaps the development of a tumor, or cancerous humor, anyway, give it instant attention.

DIED GAME.
Two Precious Young Rascals Stretch Hemp and Kick Air la a Pleasing Manner, Special to The Journal.
DANVILLE, III., Deo. 8.—Fate and Stires lived np to the hopes and expectations of their admiring friends asd died game. The brutal murder of farmer Helmick has been avenged. Long before the hour for execution arrived a great throng surrounded the jail and stood there gaping vacantly at the stolid walls long after the great tragedy of law had been enacted within. Considerable suppressed excitement obtained in town but the crowd was orderly and quiet as such crowds usually are. Both boys walked to the scHffold with unfaltering, step and bold faces. They seemed to consider themselves in the light of heroic young martyrs and glanced pityingly at the favored coterie of spectators who were so fortunate as to obtain tickets to the sheriff's pleasant little comedy. The execution was without incident of any kind and death was instantaneous as both necks were very cleverly broken by -the jolly jerk that followed the springing of the trap. During all the uncanny preparations on the scaffold both boys evinced great cjmpo.ure and nerve, never once flinching or even shedding a silent tear. Both made "speeches" and exhorted all their young acquaintances and boyo everywhere to beware of pernicious literature and bad associations. To these twin evils they attributed their downfall Both the jnvenile murderers had become very religious lately and just before the black caps were drawn oyer their heads they both declared and seemed clearly convinced that in a few minutes they would be in Heaven enjoying themselves.
Liquor Licenses Granted.
There were no remonstrances lodged with the Commissioners this term against the liquor sellers and the applications with one exeptiona were all granted. The exception WHS the case of Jim Fisher, of Darlington, in whose published description appeared an error. Licenses were granted to August Mayer, August- M. Karl, James Weaver of New Ross, Blair & Crabs, M. J. Callihan, John M. Layne, James Dickerson, Michael Zeller, Herron & Pickett of Waynetown, Ed Wall, Boswell Clough of New Richmond.

The quarterly convention of the Tippecanoe Baptist Snnday School Association convened yesterday nnd to day at the Baptist church. There are niteen Snnday schools in the district and ten of them were represented by delegates. The attendance was not as large as desiruble but the interest was marked. The papers and discussions were all excellent and good will doubtless result. The new officers of the association are:
