Millard F. Kerr, who has leen in jail only, Dr. Greene, Room 2. Joel Block, several months charged with forging Examination and consultation free, his divorced wife's name, was before tho court this morning and pleaded not guilty. Kerr is in pretty tough luck as he did not know he was acting wrong and was really only securing his rightful property when tho forgery was committed. This is a case for leniency to be exercised.
