Ind Aim. -1 -The bankers of the state and the tax commissioner.-, entered into ati agreement Wednesday by which three cases are to he taken at once to the courts in order to decide the question of the hoard* ritrht to compel the banker-* to submit lists of depositors and sums on deposit in the banks April I. The national banks will earrv their ease to the federal court ami the state and private banks will go into the state courts.
